In February, GAC visited three different exhibitions to be in touch with our customers, business partners to meet new friends and show case our state of the art collection to numerous visitors. Which shows did we visit? GAC was present at Munich Fabrics Start, ISPO (also in Munich) and Première Vision in Paris. And this all only in about 11 days.

ISPO is highly regarded as one of the most important trade shows for outdoor industry. Located in the large Messe München, just walking distance from GAC’s representative office in Germany, it is a key source of business for GAC. Every year, more than 2,600 international exhibitors present their latest products from the segments of Outdoor, Ski, Action, Performance Sports, Textrends, Health & Fitness and Sourcing at ISPO MUNICH to over 80,000 visitors from 110 countries.

GAC presented in a large custom designed, professional booth, and the team, led by our COO Cindy Peng. During the four days, we met with over 100 existing and potential customers, introducing our latest and best fabrics, as well as our sustainable options, in the spirit of GAC’s commitment to innovation.

Première Vision or PV is a large show seemingly more focused on fashion, in comparison to ISPO. What a place to be: with so many fashion brands discovering the advantages of functional knit fabrics for their clothing collections, GAC is an interesting choice for many.

For 3 days, 2 times a year, at Paris-Nord Villepinte, the six major industries supplying materials and services to the global fashion industry, including : – Yarns, Fabrics , Leather , Designs , Accessories, Manufacturing – come together in Paris, the capital of fashion. Première Vision Paris is an essential business hub, where 60,000 industry professionals from over 120 countries come together to share ideas, do business, work and build their new collections.

It was a busy show for us, with many visitors and meetings with many customers. While much smaller booth, it was obvious that performance knit fabrics are more and more important for fashion brands. The most sought after articles? Sustainable blends with SeaCell, swimwear and softshell fabrics.

We would like to thank all of you who visited us during those days – it was lovely to meet you all and we will be looking forward to work with you or meeting you once again in the future!
